My journey to yoga

I discovered my passion for yoga during a trip to India, where I had deep spiritual experiences. Back in my hometown, I began practicing intensively and eventually completed training as a yoga teacher. Since then, I have been teaching with enthusiasm and dedication in my own yoga studio.

I love sharing my knowledge and experiences with others to help them stay physically and mentally healthy. I have found my professional fulfillment as a yoga teacher and am grateful for the opportunity to accompany people on their path to greater well-being and inner balance.
